WILDFLY V-BOAT

The ARK WILDFLY V-BOAT is a premium quality kick boat / float tube that is rugged, light and portable, taking your fly into the most remote and inaccessible of places. The WILDFLY V-BOAT is the ultimate kick boat, designed by the ARK design team in consultation with top fly fisherman notably the passionate Neil Westerhof, to catch BIG FISH! ARK´s 22 years´ experience in building rugged inflatable boats and rafts for all kinds of conditions, has allowed us to design the ultimate, rugged kick-boat, with practical features, that will provide years of angling pleasure. Designed and manufactured in South Africa.

For kick-boat fly fishing on rivers, lakes, lagoons, estuaries and dams.

DESIGN PHILOSOPHY

The philosophy ARK adopted was to design a premium quality, lightweight portable product that did not sacrifice on safety, stability, buoyancy and ruggedness. Two additional design considerations were to keep the angler as dry as possible with a higher seating position, and to use a multi chamber 1000g marine PVC tube, without the need for inner bladders. The tube has 3 separate air chambers; the air-floor has a further 1 chamber for additional safety and comfort. The WILDFLY V-BOAT is quick and easy to inflate and pack away, and can be packed wet.

The WILDFLY V-BOAT sports an inflatable floor and cloth backrest, extra wide 60cm strip tray, two removable accessory bags, carry handle at the front and additional D-rings on the tube to attach kit and accessories.
